In fact, there is also a testimony wherein a parent told that her child do not want to study but when she enrolled her child in the SNP, her child is very excited to go the SNP Playhouse and learn. The parents also said that “The SNP Facilitator properly facilitate the session; (Detalyado at maayos ang lesson o daloy ng pagtuturo)”. –SNP Learner Parents Further, despite the minimal support of the Federation towards the Supervised Neighborhood Plan, 63% or 5 out 8 target SNP are still functional and one of them is the SNP-IP site which cater 20 SNP children (10 females & 10 males). Likewise, accreditation and recognition of the SNP sites are the bottleneck of the Federation during the previous years of implementation of SNP, but this year an increase of acceptance and support of the MSWDO is observed particularly in Luntiang Pangarap Village and ICOMPAS Village. Based on the reports of the SNP Facilitators, they have pledged to give support particularly during feeding in SNP in Binulasan and SNP in Maragondon. Also, Mrs. Choleta Calzado, staff of MSWDO Infanta, has appreciated the SNP in Dinahican and how it helps to educate and to prepare the children in the community. She mentioned during the moving-up ceremony of SNP children that “an activity that helps to nurture the children must be celebrated and must give due importance”.
