Reina Federation Spearheads Project RAMDAM Orientation in General Nakar

On March 25, 2024, marks a significant milestone for the Municipality of General Nakar, Quezon, as Reina Federation of Parents Association Inc., in collaboration with Geographic Innovations for Development Solutions, Inc. (GRIDS), successfully conducted the Project RAMDAM Orientation. This initiative, facilitated through the exceptional partnership with the Local Government of General Nakar under the leadership of our esteemed Municipal Mayor, Hon. Esee Ruzol, aims to enhance disaster response and community engagement.

Project RAMDAM is a comprehensive platform consisting of a mobile app and web portal designed to empower residents and the LGU in sharing accurate information, enabling rapid response and distribution of aid, relief packs, and cash assistance. The system also aims to provide efficient data management and monitoring capabilities for the Local Government and Barangays, while incorporating a feedback and request mechanism for community members.

The orientation focused on hands-on demonstrations for Barangay Administrators and Barangay Enumerators, as well as the household distribution of QR codes and Information, Education, and Communication (IEC) materials.

Among the attendees were SWO-III Menard Macasinag, Administrative Aide II Arjay Saynes, and Barangay and SK Officials from Brgy. Minahan Norte, Minahan Sur, Banglos, and Brgy. Pamplona.
