FY 2020 COPING WITH COVID-19 Although the world is caught unprepared by the pandemic, it did not stop the federation from pursuing its commitment to serve children in DEV situation. It shows flexibility and resourcefulness as planned activities were replaced by home-based sessions. And with the strong partnership with ChildFund Philippines, the organization extended further its community assistance thru Cash Transfer Program (CTP), with additional funding from ChildFund Korea. Programs & Participation Community-based programs encourage ownership among different stakeholders, which is key in the accomplishment and sustainability of child-centered projects. On the other hand, the federation was still able to reach its participants during the strict quarantine period because of the COVID-19 pandemic. Home-based sessions and cash transfer program helped 3,490 enrolled and non-enrolled children and families.
